The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience or strong interest in 3D computer graphics with OpenGL or DirectX.
• Experience or strong interest in 3D geometric programming.
• Experience in OOP or OOD with C++/C# and Windows GUI development.
• Understanding of group-based software development processes.
• Strong debugging and problem solving skills.
• Proven ability to work on tasks independently and to meet time lines and quality objectives.
• A strong desire to learn and continually undertake new challenges and technologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, a Master’s Degree in computer graphics preferred.

• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities via prospecting and cold calling.
• Proven track record of business development/sales experience in mining software solutions with three or more years' experience is desired.
• Bachelor's degree required preferably in resource industry. A technical background and understanding of Geology and Mining engineering would be an asset.
• Excellent communicator who has proven ability to convey complex ideas and data simply and clearly in written, presentation and spoken formats.
• Achiever who thrives in a cross-functional team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational needs.
• Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
