Technical Support Forums for ThreeDify Products and Solutions

We have created a comprehensive set of forums for each of our products and solutions.  Everyone is welcome to view the forum contents, but you need to register,  in order to respond to forum postings or to post a new topic.  Use the "Create an Account" link in the login box to the left to create a new ThreeDify support forum account.

Do I need to have purchased a product in order to get help on the forums?

No, you're welcome to get help and participate in the forums even if you are using the evaluation version of one of our products.

How often does your support team check the forums or post answers to questions?

Our support team checks the forum posts every day, and we try to respond to any questions you might have as quickly as possible.

Should I use the forums, or email technical support?

If you are having difficulty with a license or product activation,  it's best to contact support via email.  If you have a question relating to a product not working the way you would expect, we invite you to post a question in the forums so other users can benefit from your solution.
