Documentation and Support for ThreeDify Products
We are currently preparing new product documentation and video tutorials for all of our products. We have also launched a support forum with separate areas for each product and solution. Please view the documentation for each product for a list of Frequently Asked Questions and answers. If you don't find the answers you need, please post your question to our forums.
Product Support Via Email
All registered product users who also bought the annual support and upgrade package receive unlimited email support during the support period. Product users who did not buy the support & upgrade package can post questions in our user forum. We continually monitor the user forum and do our best to answer the questions in a timely manner. Trial users are also welcome to contact technical support for a resolution of any problems relating to installing or evaluting our products. Please allow 24 hours for a response to email enquiries.
Support and Documentation For Developers
All registered Designer and Office Designer users get full access to the Designer API for non-commercial applications, so you can easily include any of the features of Designer in your own projects. The integrated product help for ThreeDify Designer and ThreeDify Office Designer includes complete documentation of the developer SDK and API, as well as some simple code examples demonstrating how you can use Visual Basic for scripting and automation. We are in the process of creating more comprehensive sample applications that include the Designer API.
If you wish to include ThreeDify's Designer technology in commercial applications, you can purchase a royalty or subscription based developer license for distribution. Commercial developers receive unlimited email and telephone support during the purhased support period(s).
